We arrived on time only to be told due to kitchen problem the whole Sunday menu was unavailable.So at very short notice my disabled wife and I had to fined alternative eating.As this was an online booking we think the management could e mailed us of this situation and at the very least given us an apology.Very poor service. The booking was fine except we asked for a quiet table as we are both head of hearing and it was our anniversary. We were seated with two large parties and so had trouble hearing each other. Not very romantic either. The service was good and very friendly. The food was very nice except we had only just put the last mouthful of our starters in our mouths and the mains arrived! Some of the food was a little cold. The wine was lovely and we were able to have a free bottle by choosing food from the weekend treat menu. Just love their mini puds with a coffee!
