I started with the indigo smoked fish. that was a generous and very tasty dish. I loved the crispy fishcake, the silky pate and the strange horseish potato salad. superb! the lambskin was delicious and the Sussex cheese perfectly closed the meal. the wine list was pleasant and the Lebanese red was incredible. coffee in the very cozy lounge ensured a relaxed closing to this super meal.
Fantastic brunch at indigo bank holiday Monday, first class faultless food by service second to none. highly recommended.
I needed a good restaurant for a dad out at night. from the arrival we were very well looked around. drinking and eating was amazing. nice to relax in the bar before eating and order our food before entering the restaurant. could not have a better night. many thanks for seeing us and we will be back.
