Today, we visited our favorite pub in Worthing near Cissbury Ring. We were lucky to find that burgers were on the specials board! In our opinion, these are the best burgers in Sussex, and paired with a great beer (or two) and fantastic service, what more could you want? Our return to Worthing near Cissbury took a bit longer due to some full stomachs, but it was an excellent lunch overall. View all feedback.
Really great Sunday dinner. one of the best choices on Sunday afternoon lunch with a large delicate meat. venison, bark and lamb all great. warm and friendly atmosphere. great wood fire. allowed good behave dogs.
Great food. We had a Sunday lunch which was very well cooked and the portions are great. Lovely vibe and the staff are all very attentive and give great service. The pub is an old tradition place with an open fire. A shining example of a great British pub. Highly recommended.
First time here for over 30 years. It has changed a lot. We had booked for Sunday lunch which were very popular so we had to book for 12.00 We were served by a nice man who seemed to be the owner. Very helpful, sense of humour and efficient. Food was good and lots of it. Overall a very good experience which we will probably enjoy again soon

Good dairy free options available and really friendly staff. They even managed to accommodate us for Sunday lunch without a booking and no notice, which was really appreciated. Highly recommend
