thank you so much for being so great. from the day we came to the venue to the engagement party, and the inevitable the next day clear that they were brilliant. can not recommend higher for any celebration. warm and welcoming, courtesy and beyond, the venue itself is beautiful and the eating was excellent. the vegan option was super. everyone had the best time and they helped make my daughter special evening perfect.... I booked a birthday lunch for myself and my friend online. We live 2hrs away from each other so this is a perfect halfway point. We arrived at Palm court to find it closed...when I telephoned to find out what was going on (as I had pre booked! , I was told they only had one booking not mine, someone later and therefore closed.
