I've visited this restaurant several times, and the quality has always been excellent. It's definitely underappreciated by non-residents, but as a good English restaurant, it deserves to be better known. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about The Hidden Kitchen:
Both dishes seemed to be deep-fried, arriving swimming in oil. The chicken skewers we had as an appetizer were particularly unappetizing, leaving a pool of grease on the plate. The Thai curry was also oily and seemed to be made with the same greasy ingredients. The fish I ordered was drenched in oil as well. Overall, the experience left us feeling very let down.

The food was very good, fresh, tasty and qualitatiw high quality ingredients. not a large choice, but a good choice of options. the dining room was undressed and stylish, with a beautiful garden. service was timely and efficient, very friendly. we will visit again.
This is the hotel restaurant with limitend and bland menu. Good service
Whilst not extensive, the menu offered some interesting choices and we very much enjoyed the meal we ordered. The service was quick and attentive whilst not being obtrusive. we plan to visit again, especially as it is walking distance from where we live.
A cozy experience with attentive service. Pre-dinner drinks in the lounge while we ordered. Ushered through when our meal was ready. Seated in an intimate dining room with clean and smart decor. Food was delightful. Menu was small but well thought out. A good restaurant for a special treat or some time with a special someone. Will visit again.
Very good food served by friendly and efficient staff. Fairly quiet being a fairly unknown hotel restaurant that serves non-residents. A good local find for us that deserves to be more used. Will certainly return.
