Zarraffa's Coffee Worongary

I had an excellent experience at this restaurant! The staff was incredibly friendly, providing great service throughout my visit. The food was absolutely delicious as well. I had breakfast, and the price per person ranged from $1 to $20. Highly recommend!

The restaurant felt a bit overpriced, and the bagels were not the best I've had. The coffee could definitely be stronger. For breakfast, the price ranged from $20 to $40 per person. I would rate the meal a 3, while the service and atmosphere both deserve a 4.

I absolutely love this place! Their coffee is delicious, and I've been there many times. Occasionally, when they're training new staff, the service can be a bit off, but the best part is that they're always willing to make it right. Whether it's a complimentary coffee card or a replacement drink, they go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. That's why this place is such a gem! I've enjoyed so many tasty coffees here, and the staff is always super friendly.

I went to worongary zaraffas yesterday, I get 2x coffees a day from zaraffas and I work up and down the coast so I just stop at the closest one.Usually the staff here are really friendly, but yesterday they made me the wrong drink, which was totally fine mistakes happen. So as the staff member went to pass me the cold drink I said 'oh no sorry, it 's the hot one not cold '. I 'd ordered a Masai white chocolate mocha quad shot. The staff member tutted and turned around almost like she was annoyed at me and no apology or anything.. it was totally bizarre. They them made me the correct drink and a different girl passed it to me, she never apologised for their mistake. The coffee honestly was not good and the coffee tasted burnt. When I got to the bottom of the drink the white chocolate syrup was all at the bottom, so it hadn 't even been stirred.Really disappointed.If you work in customer service it 's important to always be kind to customers, even if you 're not having a good day. I worked in hospitality for years and if my boss had seen me treat customers that way she would have had a very stern word with me.
