I specifi... read more On the first visit I was there with my friend, my colleague. The skewer looked good, but there was leftover meat at the bottom that didn't seem fresh. I specifically asked for fresh meat straight from the spit. I don't care if the meat comes from the same spit, but if I pay and ask for fresh food, that's what I want and I don't want to be given leftovers that were already chopped into small pieces. This incident was made by an employee. The second time I didn't really want to go, but I was nearby and my friend was hungry. This time the owner took my order and I noticed again that he seemed grumpy. I then felt ripped off because as a paying customer I expect not to be looked at grumpily and treated with a listless attitude when I order. It's about being treated with respect as a customer in a store, and that's just how it is in the restaurant industry and every other industry. I am also self employed and know how important it is to show empathy and commitment to customers, even when you work long hours or are tired. The food wasn't bad, but the overall package makes it. My colleague and I won't go there anymore. Anyone can try it out, but for us it's only 3 stars, two stars deducted.
