A Senior portion is one piece of schnitzel, I had the 'normal' size (huge) with the ham and eggs topping in herb sauce (last on the list of schnitzels), fabulous, lovely staff. (How he guessed we were not German-speakers I will never know). Menu translation is a challenge with my 1984 phrase book
