I called EXTRA so that he wouldn't come to our house. (It wasn't possible to change the address) Who would have thought he would drive to our house and call where are you? I had to explain to him for 10 minutes that we were in the silo bath. He didn't understand that, so I hung up and called the pizzaria. What happened was why he drove to us even though I had called beforehand. He shouts into the phone, what should I do now? We have 10 drivers. It's just crazy that you treat a customer like that. The driver called me a few times and explained to him that I didn't want the pizza that had been in the box for 40 minutes, it was logical or especially with delivery costs of €5. The worst thing of all is yet to come: I drive my car to the pizzaria to clarify what has happened. Eigl thought that a fresh pizza made on site would have been enough as an apology. Nope, he insults me as to why I ordered it and says it's my fault and the driver's fault, but he's absolutely not to blame, sorry, I just had to laugh and realized you can't argue with him. Get your money back and goodbye. Waited 1 hour for the pizza. The children enjoyed the outdoor pool. Waited 20 minutes in front of the outdoor pool. I had to take my car to the pizzaria because the driver barely spoke German and I couldn't understand anything on the phone. It was a wonderful experience. The pizza can be made of gold. Anyone who treats their customers like that doesn't belong in a job like that in my opinion!!!! We definitely won't order any more
