That's nice, but it often raises great expectations and you often forget what it's really about. Price quality and atmosphere. We regularly go out to eat at various restaurants and are not really a snob, but we see a lot of fuss and errors. At Folkerts in Workum it's just right. Deliciously prepared dishes, excellent service, for a fair price. The steaks are truly excellent. (and the rest too) We would love to come back.
