Multiple orders in front of ours being handed out wrong, given food, ran out of associated rolls but didn't say anything horrendous service from the girl on the front wait on drinks, front of house girl was under pressure and failing miserably, more than likely due to insufficient staffing levels. Order screens not working waited 14 minutes for my order. When I came it was wrong, burger was barely warm. I went to use the toilet and was disgusted. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £1–10 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

No receipts from any of the machines. The lad working tried his best and his customer service skills were spot on,unlike others. So slow at service it's beyond ridiculous. Every table needed cleaned, no napkins or wipes available and nobody cares enough to even apologise for it all. Won't be back
