What User doesn't like about Wyevale Garden Centre:
The garden center is lovely and very welcoming, however, the restaurant is quite overpriced. The salad accompanying our meal was lackluster at best. The chips were beautifully cooked and the portions were generous. There is a good selection of loose leaf teas available. Unfortunately, I did not enjoy my cappuccino as it was not very strong. I have visited this restaurant many times over the years and have always enjoyed the food and service, but today was a disappointment. It seems like there is an issue with the staff. The food was cold, the service was poor, but our children enjoyed the play area. We arrived early, but it was still busy and the staff seemed overwhelmed. The restaurant is located in a beautiful garden center, but the cafe itself could use some improvements. I may consider returning in the future, but I would stick to ordering a simple sandwich just to be safe.
The venue has plenty of good parking spaces, including accommodations for families and those with disabilities. The restaurant itself was clean and spacious, with comfortable seating that was well spread out. They were able to accommodate our group booking for 15 people, including space for a wheelchair and high chair, which was not offered by two other restaurants in Worcester. Blue Diamond Worcester was extremely flexible and helpful, going above and beyond to meet our special requirements. The waitstaff was attentive and responsive to our needs. We ordered a variety of brunch dishes, all of which were freshly prepared with quality ingredients. Our meals arrived hot and in generous portions, at a very reasonable cost. Overall, we were all very pleased with our experience and my husband had a memorable birthday brunch with our family.

Taken over by Blue Diamond and it was Absolutely dreadful. Waited 50 minutes for a breakfast (2 hashbrowns, a spoonful of beans, a spoonful of mushrooms and a small tomato £6!! with no apology when it turned up. The coffee machine was broken so serving...instant yet still charging full price. Whole thing was an absolute shambles. Took family there as been before with no problems, was thoroughly embarrassed! The store itself wasn’t any better, hardly anything there and 4 out of 6 toilets out of order. Won’t be returning.
