I recommend the toasted sandwiches; they're delicious! The tea is strong, and the latte is excellent. While it may not be the cheapest option, the presentation is impressive, and the salad is crisp and accompanied by a smile. The location is beautiful as well. View all feedback.

Although the food was tasty and beautifully presented, it simply wasn't worth the high cost. Two of our children received their meals first, while the rest waited nearly 10 minutes longer, leading to a disjointed dining experience that prevented us from eating together as a family, which was quite disappointing. The two who finished early found it dull and had to wait for the others to catch up. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place, nor would I be willing to spend this much on a meal here again. Next time we visit the museum, we'll choose to eat elsewhere. On the positive side, the staff were friendly.
The dining experience was disappointing. It's unfortunate because the staff was friendly and the building is beautiful. It has potential if certain improvements are made.
Really enjoyable lunch with friends, eating was simple and yet delicious. They are large and keep them full for hours. the staff was great to keep them on running and also to check them. highly recommended.
My mum and I have just enjoyed a really lovely birthday lunch at the Balcony Cafe, in the rather grand Worcester Museum and Art Gallery building. The meal we both chose (a grilled halloumi salad on an open wrap) was absolutely delicious and substantial in...size. Quality ingredients, well prepared, and delicately flavoured. The young women who served us was the perfect ‘front of house’: naturally friendly and cheerful with everyone. If this cafe was in the centre of town it would be deservedly packed. It is a hidden gem.
