The restaurant remains inconsistent, with service quality varying depending on the staff working that day. Some days, the staff lack urgency. I would like to see more plant-based options on the menu. The new plant-based muffin is tasty, but it is quite crumbly. It seems like there may be an issue with the recipe at the factory.

I went here for my usual coffee and the staff are always bubbly and nice to speak to, it’s always clean. They are honestly all lovely. 100% recommended coming here plus the drinks are amazing

The restaurant's cleanliness, quality of drinks, attention to customers, and customer behavior all need improvement. The staff are lazy and do not show passion for their work, which may be due to poor management and recruitment. Additionally, customers are often heard shouting and not clearing their own tables. The toilets also require attention.

When they have more staff on they’re much better and more organised. I’ve noticed a difference in speed of delivery and quality.

The restaurant doesn't have consistency with their food and drinks. Our wraps were cold, but the drinks were good. There are no healthy cake options available. It would be great if they stocked the fridge more, especially because I enjoy the vegan oatmeal.
