Mcdonald's - Worcester

We ordered food for four people through Just Eat. Unfortunately, all the fries, sauces, and one drink were missing from our order. Orders should be checked before being sent out. We will not be ordering from them again.

Yet again staff cannot follow orders placed, this time all fries were missing and not acceptable, this is not the first time it has happened, it seems staff would rather chat to each other than concentrate

This MacDonalds has gone down hill big time! Came in for something to eat yesterday and the food took 25 minutes to arrive. A lady with blonde hair she looked young) brought our food over and basically chucked the tray onto the table!! Whether she was in a bad mood or had poor customer service ..there was no need for the way she acted! MacDonalds really need to sort their staff out!! To top it all off the food was stone cold! If I wanted frozen ****..I'd go to Iceland!

McDonalds delivery doesn’t work. Ordered food through the McDonald’s app to be delivered by Uber Eats. The delivery was due to arrive at 7:30pm but at 7.45pm I had a message saying the food was delivered . Reported this to McDonald’s to be told I have to chase the refund through Uber Eats. I did this and still am waiting for not only a refund but contact to discuss the issue. This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with the McDonald’s delivery, twice before I’ve had meals arrive with food missing, one occasion was actually 2 sausage muffins short. I’m sick to death of McDonald’s just shrugging their shoulders at problems, I didn’t choose to use Uber Eats as a conveyancer, it was McDonald’s choice to employ them therefore the issue should lay with McDonald’s. When the app works, it works well. But when you have an issue, it feels like your custom and loyalty no longer matters as they already have your money. Absolutely disgusted McDonald’s. Could someone from head office Feel free to contact me, I’m looking forward to discuss with you in length the issues I’ve experienced.

Called in during a really busy saturday lunchtime. Despite being extremely busy , there were lots of staff on, including top managers working hard to get every one served. Another customer waiting next to me commented as to how the staff were all so hard working and effient , so many customers to serve , but their operation is certainly workimg well to get all those orders flowing. Food came out out hot , tasty and well presented . Ladies toilets clean. Restarant dining area kept clean by lobby staff, especially Beatriz and another young lad who were so pleasant and helpful, as well as other lobby staff. A good experience and looking forwards to our next visit.
