Delightful Desserts - Worcester

The bill had a sneaky service charge added. The service was terrible from start to finish. This place was awful and made me feel very uncomfortable. The ice cream tasted cheap and the pancake was dry and crusty.

I was coerced by my family to visit this restaurant, despite staying just around the corner. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious Biscoff biscuit and white chocolate Sundae I enjoyed. Although there was a bit of a wait after ordering, the desserts were definitely worth it. The portions were generous, with even the kids sharing one between them. This was my first time visiting a restaurant solely for desserts, and it likely won't be my last.

A group of 8 of us went to celebrate my 6-year-old's birthday at this restaurant. We all ordered different dishes, and they all arrived at the same time in a timely manner. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent as usual.

Do not waste your money here. Food tasted out of date and took ages to arrive. Staff looked overworked but the manager seemed to not care as he was on his mobile phone the majority of the night or nowhere to be seen. Is that fair? The decoration was broken I felt like a very rundown and uncared for environment. Do not understand how on earth they managed to scrape 5 stars on hygiene. I would rate it lower but it wont let me. Creams is better.

I haven’t visited a dessert shop in years so this was an absolute treat for me! We’d had food out in Worcester with the family and my dad decided to come here for pudding. We were allowed to choose where we wanted to sit and sat to decide what we wanted. THERE’S SO MUCH CHOICE! I had a really hard picking just one thing. All I knew is that I wanted a waffle, so opted for the Royal Rumble (Ferrero Rocher toppings). After having had a starter and main already, I was hoping to top it off with dessert and a coffee. I can only drink decaf and sadly they weren’t able to serve decaf that night so had a bottle of water instead. My partner had the cookie dough which he thoroughly enjoyed. My brother and his girlfriend shared some topped doughnuts whilst my parents also opted for a waffle each. Everyone really enjoyed their food. When my waffle arrived it didn’t have the Ferrero Rocher gelato ice cream but my mom’s did, but this was soon fixed. You’ll see from my photo that the ice cream isn’t there, but I’d snapped the photo and started eating before I realised. I was a bit too excited. Would definitely recommend as the desserts were honestly amazing. Having the decaf coffee available would have made it a 5* for me but will happily visit again!
