A recent visit to a local café revealed a spectrum of experiences that left customers divided. While some appreciated the cleanliness and quick service, others complained about rude staff and unappetizing food quality. Issues included forgotten condiments, limited dairy alternatives, and cold meals. Despite these concerns, some guests enjoyed affordable snacks and highlighted the pleasant atmosphere. A few standout items like fruit toast and well-prepared coffees received praise, but the need for improved customer service training and menu enhancements was a recurring theme. Altogether, diners recommend consideration before returning.

Stopped by for a quick snack after doing the escape room nearby and ended up indulging in a slice of pizza and chips! The prices were fantastic and I will definitely be returning soon to try out their whole pizza option. Can't wait!

This was our first visit to Asda Worcester, where we stopped in to grab a few items. We were not impressed with the car park system, as we had to return to the store to retrieve a voucher to pay for parking. While shopping, we decided to have a cup of tea, but were disappointed to find out that they did not offer oat or soy milk for those with lactose intolerance. It's surprising that in this day and age, Asda does not provide milk alternatives. We will not be returning to this location.

Omg, used to visit regularly 2/3 x a week, but how it's gone downhill, no customer service, nearly all available cutlery filthy with dried on food, and always missing parts of a meal. This time a couple of chopped up tomatoes and bit of cucumber and that's a salad!! Cappuccino more like cold milk,,, always found this place lovely to eat in,,, its not the cost,, still competitive prices but quality very poor,, best thing about the meal was a packet of crisps

Usually visit q regularly, however they dont seem alot competitive price wise any more!! The price increase, cappuccino 2. 55 add cake 1.60 4.15 you can be selective a t many decent cafes and hotels even, an get much cheaper many places 3.49 coffee an cake or even fine selection mini puds coffee for 3.49, at a hotel down barbourne, and sister hotel similar other end town sidbury area!! And obviously the main burger chane we all use only 1. 59 cappuccino. Which over the year all us gives us a great saving to spend on other things!! they dont use milk in scrabbled eggs as u can imagine doesn't taste good. food is a bit substand in quality prices can get much nicer many places for same price range if compare shop around.. Toilets are never clean or room deodorised.. Not too nice sorry
