As soon as we have a menu for Mb Lounge from Worcester, we will publish it here. In the meantime, feel free to check out the menus in the surrounding area.

The bar stands as a notable hub for the LGBTQIA community in Worcester, offering a friendly atmosphere and hosting popular karaoke nights. However, patrons note ongoing maintenance issues, overcrowding during events, and concerns about service speed. While the bartenders are praised for their attentiveness, they often feel overwhelmed. The drinks are considered decent but somewhat pricey. The venue is easy to locate with convenient parking, but improvements in space and staffing are urgently needed to enhance customer experience and ensure patrons feel secure.

What Freeman Spencer dislikes about Mb Lounge:
Never had a great experience here. Sadly this is the best Worcester has to offer. Bartenders are unskilled, and haven't gotten a proper drink yet. Friday night is the only saving grace in this place. Its clean but extremely dated decor,,looks like a bad 80's movie threw up in there and these were the remains. Bartenders leave little to be desired as they talk with who they want and ignore the rest. Its a shame, could... View all feedback.

The bar serves as an important space for the LGBTQIA community in Worcester, but it is in dire need of maintenance and repairs. For instance, the bathroom locks have been broken for years, which makes for an uncomfortable experience when you're constantly facing the same issue. During events, the venue tends to get overcrowded, making it less appealing to visit. Drinks often get spilled as people try to navigate through the crowd, and many of them end up being nearly empty. While the bartenders, particularly Matt and Keith, do a fantastic job, they are overwhelmed by the volume of customers. The bar would greatly benefit from a larger space and additional staff, which could significantly enhance the experience. With new competition, like emme, opening just a few blocks away in February, this change is becoming increasingly urgent.

I left my card on tab at the bar and when I tried to retrieve it at the end of the night, they told me there was no tab under my name. I searched everywhere for my card, but it was nowhere to be found. An hour later, I noticed a $600 charge on my account for the bar! I only ordered a couple of shots and a few drinks—there's no way it could come to that amount! If they didn't have my card, how could they possibly charge $600 after I left? It feels like they took advantage of me. Thankfully, I can report the stolen card, but I caution anyone thinking of drinking here—be careful, as they may try to take advantage of you too. I won’t be returning! It's better to go to Providence instead.

I'm not generally big on gay bars or clubs they tend not to be awfully welcoming places for the unfabulous. This place is an exception, perhaps because it is the only one in Worcester, they make an effort to ensure everyone feels welcome. On the night of our visit, we got a chance to chat with an extraordinarily handsome older bartender Derek, who gave us the lowdown. Don't expect any craft cocktails, although they do carry some local brews on tap from Wormtown. Great mix of people from all ages and backgrounds, something I don't get to see a lot in Boston. We left before the DJ got started so we didn't find the music oppressive, just a bit of noise on the jukebox.
