We assumed someone would end up with the incorrect sandwich, but that’s beside the point. Drive-thrus often make mistakes with orders, so it's crucial to double-check before you leave. The whole purpose of using a drive-thru is to skip going inside.

I placed a large order totaling $80, including the tip, and it l... read more I'm extremely disappointed! Until today, I had never encountered any problems at this location. I placed a large order totaling $80, including the tip, and it looked like a child had packed the bag. Everything was simply tossed in haphazardly. To make matters worse, the lid of one of the large gravy containers wasn't secured, causing gravy to spill all over the contents of the bag, as well as my stovetop, cabinets, and floor. I ended up spending about 15 minutes cleaning before we could even eat. Well done, KFC!

I once ordered the chicken pot pie through DoorDash, and it was a bit dry, but everything else I’ve had has been good. Overall, it’s KFC, so don’t expect anything extraordinary. The service, however, was excellent; the staff was quick and friendly.
