This was our second visit to Craft table. This time we wanted to try their very substantial looking Restaurant Week menu for only $25.00 per person. I had the Winter salad- excellent, the steak- only ok, and one of the scrumptious cakes offered for dessert. My partner was equally pleased with our food and experience. We will for sure be back. What Adam doesn't like about Craft Table Worcester:
The food was a major disappointment. The Brussels sprout appetizer was overly dry, the lamb bolognese was just okay, and the molten lava dessert was also dry. The service was lacking as well. While the decor was nice, I definitely won’t be returning. View all feedback.
Service was bad, since we asked for a burger with no cheese or onions and it came with both so we had to send it back. The other order was short ribs and it was half fat, half meat.
Waited 10 minutes until someone came to the table. When the waiter finally arrived to buy drinks, another water brought and said he was our waiter. finally got drinks and places in the evening. While we waited a long time for dinner, we needed our drinks to be refilled. we made eye contact with the waiter when he walked past to serve a bottle of wine three tables down. he spent over 15 minutes on the table. our eating was brought out by a server. I asked her to refill our drinks. she said she couldn't buy would let our waiter know we wanted a refill. eight minutes later, the waiter brought drinks and apologised because he spilled them and waited for new ones. everything in all it took over an hour from the time we were serving our order in the time we were served.
They were sold out of two items we had ordered. salat and dessert both came wrong. eating was not very good.
The food was a huge farewell. the brittle sprout cup was too dry, the lambbolonaise was anyway, and the melted lava dessert was dry. service was not available. beautiful decoration, but not be back
