Craft Table Worcester
Craft Table Worcester
Description
Located in the historic former Telegram and Gazette building, this new Worcester eatery offers a beautiful ambiance and a diverse menu. Diners have enjoyed delicious dishes like short ribs and decadent desserts, showcasing fresh ingredients and rich flavors. However, customer experiences have varied; some have faced lengthy wait times and inattentive service, which overshadowed the dining experience. Despite its potential, challenges with staffing and portion sizes have been noted. While the restaurant boasts a charming atmosphere and promising offerings, consistent service will be key to securing a loyal clientele. Overall, a visit is worth considering.

The ambiance, perfect. Service, amazing. Drink decent. Food awful. Way over priced for under seasoned food. I got the short ribs, which was warm with cold, raw root veggies. Jack fruit way too spicy. The pork was minimal and cold. Will not be returning. Our waitress Melissa A. is a superstar!!!!! She was friendly and knowledgeable and needs a raise. Thank you Melissa!
Chef Terrell has an innate ability to weave unique flavors together in a way that delivers amazing farm to table experiences. For the V day menu we were disappointed in how much rosemary was used in the potato dish with the steak and dessert was dry and not good HOWEVER, the appetizer was amazing, the steak was cooked perfectly and the salmon was alluring! Our usual experiences there are all fantastic so perhaps the mass producing prep for V day hurt this a little but either way we highly recommend checking this place out!!
The service was extremely slow and no one moved with any sense of urgency. The food was served late and was warm, but not hot. Overall it was a poor experience.
We waited 10 minutes for someone to come to our table. When the waiter finally arrived to take our drink orders, another server brought us water and informed us that he would be our waiter. After a long wait, we finally received our drinks and placed our dinner orders. However, as we waited for our food, our drinks needed to be refilled. We made eye contact with our waiter as he passed by to serve a bottle of wine three tables away, and he spent more than 15 minutes there. Our food was eventually brought out by another server, and I asked her to refill our drinks. She said she couldn’t but would let our waiter know. Eight minutes later, the waiter returned with our drinks, apologizing because he had spilled them and was waiting for new ones. Overall, it took over an hour from the time we placed our order until we were served.
