Horrible service! I placed an order online through Panera's website and got my confirmation email. Waited for over an hour and a half. Called them no one picked up then waited 10 mins and called them again to be put on hold. They told me that Door dash cancelled my order. I explained to them I never placed my order through Door Dash just Panera's website. The guy I was speaking to made it sound like they don't delive... View all feedback.

Called them no one picked up then waited 10 mins and called them again to be put on hold. They told me that Door dash cancelled my order. I explained to them I never placed my order through Door Dash just Panera's website. The guy I was speaking to made it sound like they don't deliver. But on their website it says that they do deliver. They clearly messed up and lied. I just can't believe their horrible customer service. I used to love Panera Bread but after this they completely lost my business. If I could give zero stars I would.
