Ordered online, went to the store, employees decided to close earlier then their posted time, refused to give me a refund. Had to call the call center for a refund, they could not process it because the order was still open and ready to be picked up... I guess I'll try to call tomorrow.
If you plan on stopping always expect a wait. I have never gotten through the line here in a reasonable time.That being said the food is always scrumptious, and the service is always friendly at least every time I visit.They do have a lot of business so it is usually a busy place.
I'm extremely happy they fixed the parking lot, but I was in there last evening and it was disgusting. Walked in and immediately started sticking to the floor. Trash all over the floor, pop spilled in front of the machine, and dirty tables everywhere, andtrash cans overflowing. Won't be going back any time soon.
I had a really disappointing experience today. I ordered the grilled chicken breast meal for $5, but the chicken was extremely dry—just looking at it you could tell it was overcooked. I would never want to serve something like that to anyone! The chocolate chip cookie also looked strange; it was misshapen and had a large bite taken out of it, as if it had been squished against something during baking!
Really nice place with excellent staff!
