Food was ho... read more In general, wasn't nearly as good as they used to be years ago. The burger was definitely smaller. Small fries were smaller portion. This Five Guys. Food was hot. Place was clean. Service was great. Overall I doubt I'll eat at a Five Guys anymore.It's changed. I've gotten bigger, better, tastier burgers at other places for the same price or less. 3.5 for the food, but 4because of staff and cleanliness.

To my shock, they rang up a large drink instead and said the empty cup would cost almost $4! I clarified that I only needed the cup and had already paid for the shakes. I've ordered from Five Guys many times and usually spend over $50, so I know their service well. Unfortunately, the Wooster, Ohio location really let me down in terms of customer service. Charging nearly $4 for an empty cup seems ridiculous. I simply wanted to make a straightforward request, and it's disappointing that my loyalty as a customer wasn't recognized. I've always valued Five Guys, but this experience has left me very dissatisfied and has made me hesitant to return to this particular location.
