As a loyal customer who frequents the establishment twice a week, I was extremely disappointed and will not be returning. The manager's rudeness and ignorance further soured my experience. I wouldn't have minded if I was treated better.

Food sat for a long time because the name was not placed on the bag. A could of orders were made incorrectly, and the burritos were not identified, even though the app requires you to name them. They were incredibly busy, so some things were understandable, but I wish they had offered to re-make the food fresh since it sat over 20 minutes because of no name on the order and no one available to help.
