Bob Evans - Wooster

Ordered for delivery, got a message that my person was there to pick up Order and my food wasn't ready yet, she waited 20 minutes and it still wasn't ready. I called the restaurant and spoke with someone who said it was just finished and being bagged now. Now remember I stated the person had already been waiting 20 minutes, we were literally 3 minutes down the road. When we received our food it was COLD TO THE TOUCH. Please explain that to me. If it was being cooked when she got there and bagged after I called....how was EVERYTHING COLD??? HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Won't Ever Order from Bob Evans again! If I could give NO stars I would.

I highly recommend this location over the other Bob Evans on Burbank in Wooster. This location always does well with service. The food is always good, and the staff is friendly.I've never had a bad experience here.

Drove from Atlanta, GA and wanted a good meal for quick dinner. I got the Farmer's Choice with Hash Browns and Speck. The hash browns were not completely cooked and had a raw potato taste. The bacon was super crispy. It was about 30 minutes before closing, so that could have been why the hash browns were boiled under. The pancakes were excellent! Very fluffy and tasteful. We also have the turkey dinner with cookies. Everything was great. Our server was Izzy. She was friendly and efficient.

Eating here was very good. What you get for the price was great. I had honey butter chicken with roasted sweet potatoes and a salad. Everything was perfect. Our server was very friendly, efficient and polite. The restroom was clean. Many parking spaces. Monastery on the exhibition grounds.

I had the Banana Berry pancakes with bacon and eggs. It was well presented and delicious. My children love the pork pancakes. The service was great and are filled cups without asking to wait. Definitely one of my favorite Bob Evans locations
