Pizza is fantastic, the pasta dinners are amazing. You definitely want to try their grilled chicken salad. They are always busy, but well worth the wait. The staff is excellent, always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Woonsocket palace pizza, it's a diamond in the rough!

However the last two experiences I’ve had with the restaurant have been... read more This has always been one of my favorite pizza places. It is my go to spot to order from. However the last two experiences I’ve had with the restaurant have been negative and now I won’t go back here anymore. This last experience was the nail in the coffin for me. The delivery driver Travis Champaign refuses to deliver to my house just because I got a divorce from his friend. No other issue with him other than I’m no longer married to his friend. Mind you it’s been 2 years since the divorce. It was so embarrassing and unprofessional to be told that I am being refused service due to the driver having a problem with me. I was offered to pick up my food from the business but who wants to go in there after being told something like that. Never mind the time prior when I called to give feedback about my salad not being edible. The way that situation was handled by 2 different employees was horrible also. I’m so very disappointed.
