Subway - Woonsocket

Never go here, subs were ordered online and both subs were wrong, cookies were over cooked and they didn't give me the cookies I ordered. Never even asked if I wanted something different.

Food is good, problem with owner overcharging. You will not get a itemized receipt, just a total which is used to over charge, happens to me every time owner is at cash register not a problem when employee checks you out. I eat at other Subways often and receipt has everything you order listed with total at end, why is it different there? I wish corporate would get involved. Yesterday I got overcharged $2.52.

Rude ass workers. I walked in and wasn't sure what I wanted to order just yet. This old ass women with glasses was trying to take my order and she was rude. She was upset because I said one second while i was just looking at the menu. She asked me what kind of bread I wanted I'm not very familiar with subway she had the biggest attitude. Worst customer service ever! She started swearing at me to get out the store

Worst subway of the town. Store closing time is 9 pm and they denied the customer even at 8:30. It happened twice to me. And the worst part is that store door was also open and the store staff was inside but they don’t want to take the order.

Worst customer service in world ending up leaving woman rude and belligerent
