We went around to the window, and even thoug... read more This place is absolutely unacceptable. My boyfriend placed an order and was told on the app to wait for 10 minutes. We went around to the window, and even though the lights were on, no one was there. It was a mess everywhere, and the place looks abandoned. I demand my refund immediately!

I drove here because the nearest location indicated online that it would be opening late, but upon arrival... read more The restaurant doesn't consistently update its hours. I drove here because the nearest location indicated online that it would be opening late, but upon arrival, I found a handwritten note on the door stating that this location was also opening late. If one location can manage it, this one should be able to as well. I ended up wasting my time and gas for nothing. Four other cars arrived at the same time and also saw the note, leading them to leave as well. Based on other reviews, you might want to consider going to a different location until this one becomes more reliable. They have a drive-thru, but it has never been open, so don't get your hopes up about that.

Lights were on. No one was there. I understand staffing challenges are hard. But update your website if a location is closed. I contacted little Caesar’s through their website with no response. Unacceptable. I contacted my bank Monday which said I would need to wait until the pending transaction clears. Well here we are 48 hours later and y’all took my money without for filling my order. I would like a refund.Never again will I order little Caesar’s. Staffing shortages and temporary closures are one thing. To not respond to a customer about your inability of running a honest business is another. When I left Monday there were 7 people all in the same situation as me. I would expect more people to order from a competitor next time.
