I overheard several employees giggling and discuss... read more Once I received my coffee, I noticed something odd; it felt like everyone inside was giving me strange looks. I overheard several employees giggling and discussing me, although I couldn't catch all the words. The negative energy in the place was palpable. While another employee was sweeping the floor, I offered to move if I was in the way, and I did so. However, I was met with disapproving stares from the staff again, and the overall atmosphere felt very uncomfortable. After I finished my coffee, I didn’t feel well, which made me wonder if something had been done to it. The disrespectful language used by the employees towards customers is unacceptable. I also noticed some of them appeared to be under the influence while working, which was concerning. I would not want these individuals handling my food or drinks in the future. Overall, I was very disappointed with the service, and I believe changes need to be made.

The staff's g... read more I'm really tired of encountering rude service. I visited on January 11, 2024, at 5:35 PM with my non-verbal child, and the place was nearly empty. The staff's gestures made me feel rushed, which was confusing. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've had a negative experience here; I've overheard inappropriate conversations and even cursing in what should be a family-friendly atmosphere. It's not that difficult to treat customers decently. There are other Dunkin locations nearby, so I'll gladly drive a bit further to my usual spot where I'm always met with a friendlier experience.
