Once I received my coffee, I noticed something odd; it felt like everyone inside was giving me strange looks. I overheard several employees giggling and discussing me, although I couldn't catch all the words. The negative energy in the place was palpable. While another employee was sweeping the floor, I offered to move if I was in the way, and I did so. However, I was met with disapproving stares from the staff again, and the overall atmosphere felt very uncomfortable. After I finished my coffee, I didn’t feel well, which made me wonder if something had been done to it. The disrespectful language used by the employees towards customers is unacceptable. I also noticed some of them appeared to be under the influence while working, which was concerning. I would not want these individuals handling my food or drinks in the future. Overall, I was very disappointed with the service, and I believe changes need to be made.
Just a heads up, the drive-thru cashiers at this Dunkin' get quite frustrated if you pull up immediately after placing a mobile order. I'm not sure how this differs from placing a regular order.
