When I finally received it, I was surprised to find only a small portion of fries, despite having ordered a nearly $12 meal. I went inside to address the issue and the woman at the counter was very kind, but a tall man who worked there insisted that I hadn't specified the size I wanted. His attitude was uncalled for, and he came across as quite intimidating. Thankfully, the woman was great and resolved the issue by giving me extra fries, which was really all I needed. Unfortunately, that man was not helpful at all!

The chicken fries were burnt, the pies arrived upside down, there were no napkins included, my plain classic wrap was soaked in honey mustard and had no lettuce, and the burger was basic but overloaded with extras.
