I can't admit to being a big fan of the chilli (watery, bland) or the burgers or nacho salad or potato salad or vegetable sticks. BUT the berry muffins are bursting with fruit. Superb. My companion said he could tell from experience that his date muffin was old/stale so maybe it should've been on the day-olds shelf. I think they have the best sandwiches in town. If I am looking for a quick grab for something at lunch time I always go there. I have also had donuts and bread from here and they are really good as well. View all feedback.
Excellent food and service Low key. Mennonite owned . Home cooked meals, fresh made bread daily. Mostly counter service but meals are brought to your table. Friendly staff
I stumbled upon this place a few weeks ago. I grabbed a chili and toast to go as I had my dog with me. The prices are great, service is fast and friendly, and the food is good. Last week when back in the area...I introduced my Mom to the place and she agreed that is worth coming back to when in the area. Unfortunately my take out chili container for my husband broke but my dogs were happy to help on clean up duty.
Wonderfully friendly Mennonite staff, excellent prices, and delicious food. The doughnuts are the best you'll find, breakfasts are amazing, Christmas cookies are perfection. Everything tastes like it has been made with love.
We have been going here for years, as have lots of other regulars. The coffee is good with a free refill. There is a good assortment of breakfast and lunch choices. Service is prompt and friendly, and the atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. Lastly, there...is a good assortment of baked goods made right on the premises. It is definitely worth a visit.
I ordered multiple donuts and rolls, and each one was excellent in its own way. The apple fritters were especially delicious.
