We come a lot, the steak and dianne sauce is awesome! The meals are quite big so you should come with an empty stomach! A huge variety of drink options, and kids meals too! Lovely beer garden and chooks down the back, as well as some geese, goats and camels!!!! Opens for lunch at 12:00pm P.S Lunch food is better and tastier than dinner!

Dropped in at lunchtime today initially for a hot drink but ended up having a delicious steak sandwich huge portions perfectly cooked! Great menu and excellent prices The host gentleman barman was so lovely helpful polite and excellent customer service we were so impressed! I was recommended this restaurant and it definitely lived up to the hype! The portions are very generous, so be sure to come with a big appetite! I opted for a lighter meal and the staff happily accommodated my request to swap fries for a healthier option. The atmosphere on the outdoor deck is fantastic, even on weekends when it is likely to be busy.

A great looking country hotel. Large range of large meals. Excellent service. Toilets very clean. A good variety of beers and other drinks. Off street parking opposite. Good looking and maintained beer garden. Children friendly. What more do you need?

The Meringandan Hotel takes you back in time to an old country pub. It is well appointed, clean and takes into account the winter months with blinds and heating on the verandas. Of course it was summer when we went. The menu although written on the chalk board is extensive. On the menu clearly states the sizes of the steaks. My partner likes his well done and charred and that is how it came and yet it was very tender. The salads were very fresh and of a good size as well. Service was excellent and very friendly. Yes we will go again
