There were quite a few i... read more On a coach from Liverpool and called in services for a comfort break. I was surprised to see a young lad on his own behide the counter. There were quite a few in the queue waiting but the lad was polite and extremely competent. Reassuring the queue and thanking them for their patience. He didnt get flustered or worried. His name is Finlay and you are very luckly to have him in your employment. Service: Dine in

For about 10... read more Was a bit of an odd experience. I was stood at the counter and the lady serving just left and starting cleaning the tables and sweeping the floor. For about 10 minutes. So I was just awkwardly standing waiting to order my drink ASAP so we could get back on the road. Eventually we got our drinks and to be fair they were gorgeous. Just note this costa is very spenny, a medium frappe was over £5. Service: 3
