This restaurant is a great spot for all types of pies. We absolutely love them! Just make sure to bring cash, as they don't accept credit cards. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. View all feedback.
Happened upon Country Lane Bakery and it is the most authentic, delicious baked goods you will ever have! This will be an experience you won't want to miss out on, and it's worth making the drive out no matter how far you are. Make it a part of your trip, and you won't regret it. From cinnamon rolls to cookies to bread, it is all the absolute best in baked goods there is!!! My family and I loved everything we got!! We will be back as often as we can! Bring cash because it is cash only, which worked out just fine.

This is a hidden gem, off the beaten path. There is a small sign on the highway telling you where to turn. We got the bread which was fabulous (even after 3 days when we got home) the cinnamon roll was great as was the peach turnover., But the best part was the sweet lady behind the counter that waited on us.
My brother treated me to a restaurant called Meat Place in Jackson, Michigan, where I tried the Apple Cinnamon Rolls. Three days later, the rolls still tasted as fresh and delicious as if they had just come out of the oven. Despite living 45 minutes away from Jackson, I would definitely make the drive just to have more of these amazing rolls. At $4.99 for a pack of four, it was well worth it.
GREATEST BAKERY EVER Coffee cakes and pies are to die for. Every time we come to this area we make a stop here.
