I had an extremely disappointing experience with the customer service at this restaurant. I called to inquire about my Uber Eats order, and the staff member abruptly hung up on me. When I tried calling back to ask why she disconnected the call, she explained that she was too busy with other tasks to help me. Average service, slightly below average cleanliness on tables chairs and the sub itself was hard and stale on the ends. Subway needs to step up its game. Only reason it's 3 and not 2 is my fellow diners wrap was fresh and yum.
