Red Rooster - Woodvale

Red Rooster is Red Rooster. I don't need to tell you about the food that's available because everyone probably already knows.Cooked chickens and chicken and chips are nice. You know that already.One point of difference when I visited is that the staff were friendly and efficient. Certainly an imporvement on what it used to be.

Love the legends box crispy strips are so good, got the app so I get points this is such a good idea

This franchise is very well located, it is always very busy but the service is always quick, the drive through is very busy indeed, now they do a home delivery that we have not tried

Arrived to see only one person in the place at about 2pm on a Saturday. She finished serving one person in front of us, then proceeded to walk off somewhere. Waited for a few minutes at least to be acknowledged, but no such luck. Two other employees walked in and said to the girl, what do you want me to do?? She said the orders. The third employee walked off into another room. I gather he was the manager. We then ordered and I went to sit down around the corner but couldn't find a clean table, so attempted to clean it myself as well as the chair which had food scraps on it. My meal was ok as I had a classic roast but the carrot was nearly roar. My other two companions complained about the chips. They weren't cooked enough and they were cold. While we were sitting there a women had bought some chips and went and sat in her car. She then returned inside and threw them in the bin and told the young girl they were in eatable, but she didn't hear her. So just walked out. We travel a lot and always choose red rooster in our travels, but won't return on this trip.

4 stars because an employee named 'Reece' had exceptionally good customer service skills.
