I walked in, and no one in front of me ordered my coffee, then waited with one person ahead of me. We watched as one person walked in after us and ordered and got their stuff before we did. Then the person in front of me got her ordered well, still waiting for my order 10 minutes late. I got my coffee.

Been going to this Tim Hortons for about 4 years now and it’s a shame to see that this location has gone from being one of the best in Woodstock to the absolute worst. I know this location has had quite an employee turnover in the past few months and half the new employees especially the ones in afternoon shift have zero customer service skills and their attitude is downright awful. They often screw up the order, sometimes you have to repeat yourself multiple times before they can get it right. Food quality is mediocre. There have been times when I spent 20-30 minutes in the drive thru during the off peak time with only a handful of cars ahead. Never have I ever seen them apologizing to the customers for the excessive long delays. Just pathetic and I hope the management pay some attention to their staff.
I have started delaying my coffee to go to this location because the staff are so friendly. Special shout out to Corry, who is always very kind and helpful... this morning she taught me how to use the Tim's reward app to get free coffee! Thanks Corry!
