Tim Hortons - Woodstock

I went through the drive-thru and the parking lot was filled with large pots. I ordered three large drinks, but they all tasted like tar. The icing bowls were dirty. When I tried to spit out the food, I realized there were no napkins in the bag. Can you believe it? They couldn't even spare a few napkins. I'm done giving my money to these millionaires.

There was a lengthy queue at the drive-thru and inside the restaurant. The staff were friendly, but there were some issues with my order. However, they happily corrected them.

This is ridiculous! I requested an ice cap with half of the cup filled with cream, but they gave me the usual amount. I would have given more stars if they had gotten it right. The staff was friendly, but there was an excess of cream on the drink.

830 o'clock on 19 november 2021: no toilet paper in paint washroom, and TP sheets scattered around badboden. the area was dirty with any table that was not covered with crumbs or spots in them. there are protocols to delete tables between guests, not. the coworker was quick to come by and ask for our vaccination papers after we had already shown the cassers with us, but the dirty tables did not notice? bring their own tp and Lysol wipes to visit these tims.

I mean, it's Tim's, so they're usually good in all locations. This location though, for me at least, has a better track record for getting my order correct (extra sauce on my farmers wrap). That's pretty good in my books. And the workers are always courteous and friendly. Good work!
