Osmow's Shawarma - Woodstock

Still taste great but serving is much less than what it used to. Ordering Large before will have this entire platter full and overflowing, now its just half filled and container got smaller too.. I got a large and expects the container to be full at the least.

GO TO ANY OTHER OSMOW'S NOT THIS ONE Received an incorrect order the first time. The second time we received a chicken platter with half a container of only chicken on rice, the rest of the platter missing. We also ordered a beyond beef on the rocks and it tasted like someone sprayed lime juice all over the top. I've ordered from 2 different locations in Toronto and the food was fair portions, far better tasting, and never missing entire parts of the order. Judging by the replies from this establishment, they just plain don't care at this point. Such a shame when I've seen other Osmow's locations do so well.

Such a delicious meal and amazing customer service. The sauce was forgotten on it (everyone makes mistakes sometimes). I called, the employee was so apologetic and delivered the sauce right to my door. This is my 1st time eating here and I will go back again.

Woodstock Good food! My reason for not 5 stars is the hot sauce is just drizzled on, not encourporated throughout the meal so it is overpowering on one side of the dish. You have to mix it up to get the desired heat your going for.

I had a good experience here. It was my first time, and the woman helping me was so kind, she explained the whole menu. I got the chicken with half rice half veggies, very delicious. She did warn me that the sauce was spicy, I went for mild but it was definitely spicer than I anticipated.
