Osaka Sushi - Woodstock

Never in my 30 years in foodservice have I experienced such terrible service. If the food were good I might have forgiven the quality of service, but it was mediocre at best. Don't eat here if you want great food and great service. Of course if you have low standards and don't expect much this is the Japanese restaurant for you! I for one will never return.

Tis is probably the fourth time I've eaten here, but will be my last. Went for lunch on a Friday at 2:30pm., clearly states on door lunch is served until 3:30pm. Only 2 other tables of two in the whole place. Three staffers working, and somehow still took 15 minutes to get first set of order. Then server disappears for 20 minutes, heard other tables looking for her. I hadn't even received my second card to order yet. Then she reappears at 3:10 to announce to every table that this would be the last order in for lunch. Umm...wow. Considering how few people were at the restaurant, I found this to be rude. Last chance for this place, average food & very poor service. I'll take my business elsewhere.

It has been my experience that sushi is sushi. You get what you order. Same is true here. Flavour is good, the presentation is as expected, No surprises here. The restaurant is clean, prices are fair, the staff are friendly and accommodating. Parking is an issue, as it is a downtown storefront, with street parking at the curb. There are are nearby city lots

I came to this place more than a few times when I was n Woodstock. Sushi was amazing, great selection of vegetarian rolls. Restaurant has a great atmosphere as well!

We eat here atleast every 2 weeks, always great, better than most out of town, good selection :) Always fast to the table, cant say enough things but mountain roll is awesome
