Kfc - Woodstock

Looking forward to the green coleslaw (changed.. could buy it anywhere) .. fries sucked .. what happened the the new and improved fries on all their ads .. chicken was not by any means crispy .. more of a soggy coating and gravy is tasteless. What happened to the Kentucky we loved???

The staff at our KFC are professional and prompt. They immediately offer help if anything isn't exactly right! Super service. Great new management!

Waited in drive thru for over 20 minutes. Finally get to the window and I'm told I have to wait another 3-4 minutes for corn!! One employee asks another if they know how to make corn!! Then the girl at the drive thru window leaves and goes to help prep food..not washing her hands after taking money!!!!!! Management might be new, but the service is still horrible. I've given them their last chance. This location needs to be closed!!!!!

The service here is phenomenal! The manager and associates are very kind, caring and attend to customers very well. I am autistic and I feel that this establishment supports my disability. The personnel made sure I had all my food, my condiments and they were very kind to me and my wife. My food was hot, fresh and delicious. I would highly recommend eating here. I love the atmosphere and the kindness I was shown here. Thank you guys for the kind support and spectacular customer service.

Horrible food! Greasy to the point of dripping off the chicken when picked up. Returned the whole meal.
