Been to many locations of this franchise and I must say I’ve never left so upset ever. Food was terrible. All the tables were dirty. Garbage overflowing. Washrooms were nasty. January 6 at 2:00 is the day and time so you might wanna have a talk with staff or the owner is a dirt ball as well. Many other options around. Don’t waste your money here. It’s nasty

Great stop off on the way to Windsor.Owned by firefighters, Firehouse has an array of great sub options with different sizes.We tried their NY steamer, filled with delicious pastrami.Can't complain as it was delightful and affordable.Overall experience was great, and they had plenty of seating available.

I am a regular customer at firehouse subs and I’ve never had any issues ordering there, which is why it is very unfortunate that my most recent purchase there was terrible. I had ordered 4 subs to be delivered, all 4 were incorrectly made. When they arrived at my home they were all cold. It makes me sad to say bad things about firehouse subs but I’ve been extremely disappointed in them and hope they can make this up to me.
