My blizzard was messed up, ordered a caramel fudge cheesecake blizzard and got a caramel blizzard with no toppings and no wonder way associates have only time to talk and no time to actually do there job..got home and looked into my order and realized it’s not right one I did call them back and how they treated me over the phone was terrible and I could overhear associate talking about this over the phone. ordered a cake for my son'a birthday and they did an AWESOME job!!!! i actually called later than I wanted to, and cut it pretty close to when I needed to pick it up-the staff was very accommodating and the cake really was next level!!! THANK YOU!!! View all feedback.
