Burger King - Woodstock

People were friendly but the restaurant needed a good cleaning .I personally enjoy burger kings wopper sandwich ,so it was all good for me lol

We have been regulars for some time but only lately has it been report worthy.Being a drive thru customer mostly I will say that the food is actually good, just the service is terrible. Young girls that are not taking job seriously, lack of training or lack of direction seem to be the issue here. Food: Mozzarella sticks were cold in the middleDouble cheeseburger requested to be plain twice and repeated back to me, still had everything on it. fries cold and not crispy, 20 min old.Drinks ok...lids pop off easily and straws get forgotten.Seems like they don't care about quality.There was a fire in the building (broiler exhaust) probably due to lack of maintenance. Across the board failure at all levels but could be saved....just needs alot of attention by management. Please do so!!In summation, stay away...unless you want bad service and terrible food.

So I'm not much of a Burger King fan to begin with...and my last 2 experiences just confirm why I'm not. Last week my boyfriend went to the Woodstock, ON location. I asked him to get me the nuggets. He comes back with chicken fries...why? Because they didn't have nuggets. Ok...whatever. The chicken fries were still good. So tonight I thought I'd try a chicken sandwich with onion rings....well lo and behold there's no onion rings until Saturday! It's only Wednesday! So I get home and start eating my chicken burger and a tomato falls out...no problem right?! That is until I see the stem still attached to it! Seriously...who would make a sandwich with the stem still attached. All my years that I worked in fast food that end piece of tomato always got thrown out. So 3 problems within 2 visits after years of not going will likely lead to me not going back again for years....if ever again.I have posted on the Burger King Facebook as well with no real response other than to fill out the customer service survey. Spend the 5 or 10 minutes doing so but there's no where on there for anyone to contact me. So much for customer service.

Never had a burger here that i didn't like. Staff are fast and courteous. Food is always hot and tasty.

Waited 27 minutes for our order, ordered a large combo with no onions and a medium fries and to ONLY get our burger with onions after waiting that long. Brutal service..
