White Cottage Snack - Woodstock

I had a pleasant experience at this restaurant. The cashier was friendly and I appreciated the free Wi-Fi while waiting for my takeout order of muddle and roasted corn chowder. The corn chowder was deliciously smooth and creamy, making it the perfect choice for a chilly day like today.

The seafood at this restaurant is mediocre and overpriced. The dishes are heavily battered.

The food at this restaurant is good for the price, but be prepared to pay in cash. The lobster roll was disappointing, so it's worth going elsewhere for a better one. However, the fried mussels and burger were delicious and worth trying. We also enjoyed hanging out by the river, the atmosphere is fantastic.

I absolutely adore The White Cottage! The food is fantastic and the location is perfect. However, I deducted one star from my rating because the ice cream is overpriced for the portion size.

We visit this restaurant at least 15 times every season. The food and ice cream are delicious and offered at affordable prices.
