We absolutely love working with Jillian! She helps us incorporate more sweetness into our diet while alleviating a lot of our stress. We can enjoy meals from our work or activities and have an incredibly healthy and delicious dinner ready in just a few minutes. She prepares all of our favorite dishes!

Jillian was such a lovely teacher. She was warm and welcoming from start to finish. My partner and I did an individual session with her and made delicious cashew cheesecake, pot pie, and cashew cheese. Yummmm. It was fun and relaxed and paced well to fit our needs. We could tell she really cared about making the experience an enriching one for us—such great hospitality. Jillian walked us through each ingredient and each step of the recipes and offered cool teaching snippets along the way so that we really gained a deeper understanding that we could take with us after we left and apply to other dishes. And when we finished, she made us fresh almond milk and served us some of her yummy curry out in the garden. We picked tomatoes and ate them right off the vine. Then we took a sweet hike. It was a great day!!
Jillian was wonderful! So communicative, kind, VERY accommodating, and professional. She and Brian chef'd for a private event at my home and it went off without a hitch, and everyone loved the healthy plant based food! They left the kitchen in great shape at the end of the night. Definitely go with Jillian for your next event! What a wonderful way to share healthy, wholesome fine dining with your friends and family!!
