Filipino food isn't usually my first choice when dining out, as I often prefer to cook it at home. However, this restaurant exceeded my expectations. Perhaps I’m being too critical, but for a restaurant named House of Inasal, I expected their chicken inasal to be extraordinary. Unfortunately, it fell under the category of mediocre. While it wasn’t bad, it was quite dry and lacked flavor.
