Starbucks - Woods Cross

I Have allergies and the girl who took my order didnt even care what i said. Just toik my drink and rang it up. I had to order again and they gave me that 1st drink for FREE

Took 3 times for the barista to figure out my simple, off the menu order and they still got me the wrong size. And insisted it was my fault.

Always greeted with a warm inviting atmosphere and awesome personalities. And if you are looking for a place to surf or hang it Always proposes a decently low volume to get you coming back. I'm a window shopper don't hang much with people but there's definitely a whoooole lot to look at.

I try to give businesses the benefit of the doubt when I receive poor service once, but when it continually happens like it does here there's an issue. The drive thru line has taken over 20 minutes to get through at times. One time I went in to order because the drive thru line was long and they forgot to make my order. After waiting 10 minutes, I had to ask where my order was and received no sort of apology. The location is convenient but I may start driving out of my way to another location … – show
