I’ve been here many times. They do a great job. I’ve occasionally had a missing item, but the positive experiences and the food far outweigh any negative. I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I ordered a shredded chicken salad, but instead received a sweet pork dish that was cold and overly sweet. The salad was lacking in ingredients and included items that were not supposed to be in it, such as a brown lime and lettuce cores. Eating was great, order was right, and eating was less than 5 minutes after our order ended. no problems here. must have made some changes, are in the last weeks.
Let me first say that I love caffe rio, but this situation is terrible. the customer service is not existent and the food that finally came out had so many missing items that it wasn't even funny. my wife ordered an salad with extra chicken and shredded cheese that was missed. she took her command back and they made it new. - a little girl! when he finally came right, he tasted terrible. $29.00 for an salat and a burrito without drinks. lest. try to get a refund, but due to the many children running through the restaurant, they were too busy for a refund. I'm just trying to feed my wife and my unborn child.
I ordered a sweet barbacoa pork burrito enchilada style, but received a plain bean and rice burrito instead. I usually don't like to complain, but it was disappointing to pay more for a dish I really wanted and not receive it.
Very bad experience. salat was incomplete and half empty, clothes lacked and food quality was very bad for almost $30 worth of food. I want to make this right.
I love Cafe Rio but not this one at this location. First tried the lobby and that was a fiasco! None of the self-serve stations would work and there's no one to take an order. We went through the drive through instead, but our order was messed up and we did not receive what we had ordered (didn't discover that until we got home). The one item we did order was thrown together haphazardly. The lettuce leaves on the pork salad were as big as a person's hand! Who eats salad with giant leaves like that!? C'mon!We ordered and paid for extra meat. That did not happen. Then to boot, as we were given our order through the service window, we checked to see that the extra house dressing we ordered was there one of the lids wasn't secured and it leaked all over in the plastic bag and the other dressings. What a mess! This was too much in one evening for one order. Not happy!
